Some people look down on mass produced products, but mass production is not necessarily a bad thing. It allows us to buy the products we want at affordable prices. Go to your local antique store or local consignment shop and when you check the price tags, you just may end up gasping for air. And it doesn't matter if the frame is gold, silver or wood; you're probably still going to feel a bit of sticker shock.
But before you break out the credit card and go into debt, realize that there are other options. You absolutely need to shop around, both at home and online. With a little persistence, you'll be able to get the frame you want at a price that's more to your liking. And your budget.
That's the time to buy it. Get it home and put your favorite picture on display. You will immediately feel the difference.
